Anyone have any experience with Keyence? My company has been using FOBA as a standard and their service sucks. Looking to switch to keyence fiber since they have an office out of Charlotte, and their units are impressive, but I can't find any reviews. Our facility runs pretty much 24/7 so I need something reliable.

Considering their 30W fiber unit.

Keyence tried to get up with me to do a demo of their laser marking stuff, but we don't really have a use for it.

We use their light curtains and sensors all the time with no issues though... They make quality products

Yeah, we use Keyence for sensors without issue as well, just don't have experience with their markers.

I do not have experience with their laser markers. But Keyence has excellent customer service. They always have spares in stock that they can ship out of their Chicago area warehouse within 24 hours. Also if you are sending in their equipment for service they will also loan a backup equipment until you get yours repaired. They have direct marketing and distribution. That also helps.
