I have a public key to encrypt a file that will be uploaded through FTP but I cant find a free/cheap asymmetric encryption software that will use the public key to encrypt the file. Any suggestions?

Yeah I found that one but it does not support 64-bit windows..and all three of my machines are 64-bit.

Maybe Ill try it anyways and cross my fingers.

^^^Usually 32-bit Windows applications will run on 64-bit Windows, unless you're talking about the original 64-bit version of Windows XP for Itanium processors...
