My car bumped onto the rear of her car. She drove a 2012 corolla sport. She was in front of me at the stop sign. i thought she was about to go, so i loosed the break, but she didn't.
There was just little damage, but she called the police, and the cop thought it was my fault.
he filed a report.She was scared and cried. She said she would let her parents handle that and they might give me a call today.
I thought she was drunk, and it seems that she just had a party. I just came out of the cafe where the coder group had a gathering.I was pretty exhausted at that time. I think when i hit her, i was tired and could't concentrate very well.

What should I do next? Call my insurance company?

I just had a speeding ticket on Sunday.

even if there's very little damage, it'll cost $500-1000 to fix it. She was correct to file a police report, and the collision was your fault (although I don't understand why she was crying...that's dumb).

If it's not very expensive and she/her family is willing, you may want to pay for the repair out of pocket, but they always have the option to go through insurance.

Dude, don't call your insurance company. If there is a police report, that is all that girl needs. If it is minor damage, she may not even want to have it fixed. offer her $500 to make it go away. If it doesn't, then I'd pay out of your pocket if its less than $1200, depending on what your deductable it.

OK. Latest update: Her dad called me this afternoon and asked for 1126 bucks from my pocket to solve the problem. He says the bumper is hit and needs to be put into body shop and get painted using 3 days.

Get a picture of the damage. If it's just bent/sractched/some cracks, you can have it fixed for like $300.
