I definitely have an extra one of these laying around. I'll find it this weekend. Unfortunately I have the pre-slotted and post-slotted ones but can only find the post-slotted brick and not the slotted 3 prong cord.

This is one thing I don't want to buy off Amazon...reviews are pretty bad for most of them and I don't want to have to deal with returns. I haven't tried the former though...
