Hey,
I have a home in Durham (behind Brier Creek) that I need a few things down on....
1) I need my lawn mowed, trimmed, weeded, and some mulch spread. I have a larger bed that could use some TLC!! The person that usually cuts my lawn is MIA. He charges me 20 to cut and trim and it takes him around 40 min. I think the amount of work would be 1 big full day.
I am willing to negotiate a rate for this service. I will pay a 25% premium if you trade for my couponing items. (toilet paper, paper towels, razors, shampoo, food, etc.) I have traded my items on craigslist (including for an elliptical) so know if that is the route you go, I am pretty generous.
2) My house needs to be power washed. I have no idea how big the outside is. It is a two story home. In the past a guy just came down the street and charged everyone $100 and I must have missed him.

I really recommend having the garage door installed by and insure professional. The door will either have an extension spring or torsion spring. If it isn't installed correctly someone could really get hurt. Best case scenario is you lose a car window.

Hey,
So I found a general contractor that will do it on the weekend for me (garage door). I am supposed to take pictures of what the person left and text it to him.
In terms of my yardwork, I think I have found someone that will come out and work hourly, but might not be able to complete the whole thing. I might need a back up person next week or maybe someone to start. If you could complete the whole job ASAP, I probably would give you priority if similarly priced.
I have a lawn mower, a weed eater (needs a spool), rake, and I am pretty sure a shovel somewhere. I have couponed for some mulch and have around 50 bags stacked in my driveway
I have someone that will powerwash the house and driveway for my couponing stuff so I am good on that.

I was going to offer the pressure washing. Just let me know if the other guy falls through. I've got a 4000 PSI pressure washer in the back of my truck right now. 6/19/2013 9:24:45 AM |

Pressure washing is hella fun - and it feels like you're jizzing a youth potion onto inanimate objects.
