All other toners do work.
It is not a genuine HP part; it's one of those genuine-part-refilled-by-random-company deals.
Would the fact that the others (genuine HP) work perfectly fine positively point to a problem with the cyan toner? I'm not familiar with printer parts. There are no error messages and the printer senses that the toner is full

Did you buy this printer from me?
It could be a variety of issues. The most likely is that the cartridge is not properly engaged, its a known problem with the drive assembly on 3700's. 9/4/2013 6:32:04 AM |
