All the host ones are filled (they sell out within about 5 minutes of opening)

Any of the overflow hotels would probably be a good bet, there are still some that are not sold out http://www.dragoncon.org/?q=hotels_overflow.

If those are all full, just find any hotel that is close to the MARTA line
