It's really fun! Think of it like old vaudeville variety shows--lots of humor, lots of theatrics.
It usually lasts about 1.5-2 hours and takes place in the small theater in the back of Legends. There are a variety of acts, all nerd-themed: strip tease, music, comedy, dance, etc. You can see some past acts at http://www.youtube.com/user/NerdVanaTheShow/videos
The strip-tease burlesque acts sometimes go down to pasties but no one gets totally nude or anything. Nerd-Vana is often sexy but definitely tongue-in-cheek. I've seen some saucy little numbers with a hand-crocheted Jayne Hat Bra, a TARDIS replica, Strip-Vader, and life-size Tetris blocks.
Some special guests include Mikey Mason (a geek rocker) and the Blibbering Humdingers (a Harry Potter wizard rock band). I myself will be leading a DnD sing-a-long. 
Tipping performers after their acts is encouraged but not at all required ("tip kittens" come around with a hat after each act). The tips are pooled for this particular show, so anything you toss in helps everyone. You don't need to feel pressured to tip every act. We're happy to get the chance to perform for you.
The cover is $5, and Legends is a cash-only bar. There's an atm on the premises, though.
