Green goblin... swinging on webs, etc.... Lots of things happening and he doesn't get hurt.

And Jamie Foxx's villain looks really lame IMO. Isn't that the guy from Star Wars who shoots lightning from his fingers?

i didn't go into TASM1 with much anticipation and enjoyed it very much. Spider-Man just doesn't rustle my jimmies, but really liked the movie. so i'm looking forward to this one in the same way.

Pretty much everything is Ultimate from what they've shown. I believe Ultimate Electro is the one that "overloads" and turns blue, which allows him to fly whereas previously he couldn't when he was yellow.

I'm sure they'll build to it since you see Doc Ock's tentacles and the Vulture's wings in some of the trailers.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Rhino really doesn't do much during the movie. All the trailers seem to show the same 5 second clip, so I'd hope it's just a quick "since we left him here's how good Peter got at being Spider-man" deal.

Just got back. It was pretty good though I would've enjoyed more pre Goblin Harry. Seems like there were a few scenes in the trailers that didn't make the final cut. Also really dumb that the movie ended with the exact same scene that the trailer ended on.

I thought Max Dillon and Harry Osborn became evil way too easily/quickly.

Harry: Spider-Man! Please give me your blood so I can inject myself with it and cure myself of this disease!
Spider-Man: I wish I could help you. I really do. But it isn't safe. You don't know what the venom in my blood would do to you. It could make you mutate in really bad ways.
Harry: I hate you Spider-Man! I'll show you!

Also, Max Dillon reminded me way too much of the Edward Nygma from Batman Forever. He was a little too over the top in terms of socially awkward engineer.

Other than that, I liked it. Not as good as Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man 2 but still good.

I will say that I thought the music whenever it was from Max's perspective was a cool touch.

And Harry went bad way too quickly. It was like one minute he was best bros with Peter then the next he wanted to kill him. I would've expected at least a little bit of hesitation in the moment where he realized Spidey was Peter, instead he was just like oh fuck even better I get to kill my ex best friend.
