I am looking for someone to sublease my 2br apartment for June/July. It's updated with stainless appliances, new cabinets/countertops, and laminate flooring.

Rent is $570/month per person and includes all utlities and cable. Apartment complex is at Trailwood/Lineberry.

The lease ends july 31. I think you would just pay the leasing office, but I'm sure you could pay up front

If you need a place to live for July or June&July this really is a steal. I bought a house so I have to move out, but its a great place to live for cheap. Rent, utilities and nice furniture for $570...cant beat that.
