Anyone here work at Microsot? Looking to apply for a job and wondering if they require a copy of your college transcript? I'm 7 years out of college. Just curious if this was still common or typically just for folks who come straight out of schoool.

No, they do not. In fact, outside of college internships I've never seen a transcript used or asked for in an interview loop.
