What is this tree?

Dear Restricted and all other law enforcement on this board. The tree is not marijuana. Do not raid my house, b/c if you raid my house b/c of this, you'll need to raid the whole damn neighborhood as these trees are everywhere and I'm sure you have better things to do.

that is not a leyland cypress. they have much flatter leaves.
