seems like vt/syracuse is getting the ACCN here in south georgia instead of state/pitt. kinda odd since geographically the state game is closer. i can watch on espn3 so it's not a big deal - just kinda odd imo

i had forgotten that last year we jumped out to a 17-2 lead on pitt at home before losing. we were their first acc game last year (probably our first as well) and we're their first again this year.

strong half from the D...abu let his man by him for pitt's last basket and early in the half they got a few easy points off turnovers. but the D was pretty good overall. offense was kinda streaky.

a little surprised we haven't seen dez lee today. not that i'm complaining about it. but the away gott talked about switching up the rotation and lineup last week, i thought dez was one guy that may end up getting more PT out of that. he does seem to bring good energy...he's just not all that productive for the most part.

I love how we put in a new style of defense but im worried they will only do it for this game since pitt is weak outside team. I rather give up a ton of 3s and keep this d though. It feels good to play great d for once and its better % wise to make the team live and die by 3s unless you can take everything away like a great defensive team.
