Yeah, the house has a good location for on street parking. Plus, you can fit an additional 2 cars in the driveway, and 2 more in the garage.

Any breed restrictions? One of the reasons I didn't move this year is its hella hard finding someone that will rent to a guy that owns a Pit Bull.

I personally don't have breed restrictions but HOA may, would have to check.
