I'll watch anything with high hp cars.

Gripes
I hate how they edit the races.
Half the cars are tube frame cars which to me is not a street car.

Pros

Limpy, Chief, and Boosted I've been following them and their associated friends for YEARS on youtube.

He wasn't a street outlaw, he was one of the guys that showed up when they went to Cali to film. Jalopnik is a full of shit. They crucify street racing but celebrate street drifting. This week they were celebrating jumping cars over train tracks.

I don't have cable, but I've watched a few episodes during downtime at other peoples' houses and on vacation.

Pros: I appreciate watching well built cars run and there are some nice ones on there.
Cons: I hate watching people who aren't actors try to act.

Conclusion: Street Outlaws marathon is better than a Pawn Stars marathon.

Nailed it...

Media bullshit to bring more attention to themselves. Honestly it was the GTR driver that was on the show IIRC not the car that crashed anyway. The guy was on the show for all of 30 seconds and

STREET OUTLAWS DRIVER KILLS PEDESTRIANS (all of them)

when it should have been "guest on street outlaws was involved in a race where the other driver killed three dumb-asses that were watching the race from the 60' mark (infront of the car = dumb)" but who clicks on that title or reads that story.

Gotta make it sound like a celebrity killed grandma going to the store to get groceries... not people who wouldn't have even been there if the race wasn't going on... and were probably even gambling on the race.

I've had this same discussion with multiple people in the car scene that agree with Jalopniks nonsense that this show should be cancelled because it somehow inspires people to be stupid. I don't think either of those guys deserve murder charges, when they killed willing participants. If you show up at a street race, you are just as guilty as the dudes in the cars imo.

Death by motor vehicle, and charge the one that was driving the mustang with felony hit and run.

Doc at TX2K15 dig night. I wish discovery would play the races full speed, and then go back and show the edited version.
