From IMDB:
Quote :
"Viago, Deacon, and Vladislav are vampires who are finding that modern life has them struggling with the mundane - like paying rent, keeping up with the chore wheel, trying to get into nightclubs, and overcoming flatmate conflicts."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAZEWtyhpes

Watched this the other night. One of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time. Essentially a mockumentary/parody of found footage movies poking fun at all the vampire cliches and stuff. Some of the same guys who made Flight of the Conchords are in it -- Jemaine Clement is one of the main vampires. Rhys Darby (Murray from FotC) plays the lead werewolf that they keep running into. Definitely see it if you can, it is hilarious.

I saw this over the weekend, and I loved it. The wardrobe, the awkward personalities, and the soundtrack were all great. I really enjoy the mockumentary genre in movies.

Glad others enjoyed it. I think my favorite parts were just the interactions with the werewolves. "Try not to pee on anything"

I don't think it is yet, but it is making its rounds through various independent theaters.

Saw this movie about a month ago. Not a big Vampire/Werewolf fan and rarely see comedies that live up to there potential, but this movie was great. Very Funny.

Just saw this today, it's on Amazon Prime. Well worth your time if you haven't seen it yet. Sitting at 96% on RT.

First episode of "Wellington Paranormal" has been released in New Zealand as a spinoff of this movie. Can't find any links that work in the USA yet, but perhaps someone with better Google skills than me will have better luck.

first episode is okay, it shows how things start, it has some funny moments but feels like its more of a setup episode than a funny episode

TV show version of this premiered on FX on Wednesday. Very similar to the movie in terms of type of humor and writing. Written/produced by Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement. Better than Wellington Paranormal in my opinion.

^You mean the TV show? I still watch it every week and it is hilarious every time. Colin the energy vampire is hilarious. I love the look he gives the camera every time he is feeding. Last week's episode that focused on him was great.

my god. That whole Jackie Daytona episode was an absolute masterpiece. I love that they got Mark Hamill to play Jim the Vampire.

So I'm a season behind you guys, and I just saw the vampire tribunal. That was pure entertainment. Did anyone notice the "click" when Evan Rachel Wood's vampire showed her fangs? She was the only one with the click, that obviously came from True Blood.

^^Nope, on Hulu.

Started a week or so ago and now I'm up to date and will start watching weekly.

I think it was a tad over-hyped by online fans, but it's still quite enjoyable. Some episodes are a little "meh" but some are absolutely terrific, and some great cameos.

Funniest show on TV is back. Only watched the first episode of the season but it still regularly bringing the lols.

Matt Berry's delivery/timing is perfect. "All of this because we forgot his birthday? What a bitch."
