Do these car seats go in to strollers? I'd like to find the kind of carseat that pops right in a stroller....

I'd also like pneumatic tires. Any ideas?

We have a BOB Revolution stroller and a lot of carriers fit directly into that. The BOB is awesome, pneumatic tires and the front wheel can swivel or be locked in place (for jogging). We're probably going to be selling soon, just found out that #3 is on the way. We have a 16 month old now, so we're going to have to get a double stroller. Let me confirm with the wifey then I'll post if/when we put the stroller up for sale. Good luck and congrats!

^ you'll get a lot for it. i recently sold our BOB from our first kid-- 2007 model. I posted it on CL for $200 (half of what we paid), and got a RIP my inbox situation. apparently I priced it too low. but because i'm such a stellar dude, i honored the price and made some lady's day.
