without seeing any of the players from any of the countries...I'd like to participate in an orgy involving the whole Swedish team, and then the whole German team. those are my top two choices.

US team is pretty top notch.

Give me Alex Morgan all day.

Then some Ali Kriger:

Kelly O'hara is not bad:

Christen Press would definitely get it:

And of course Sydney Leroux:

In case you missed it, FIFA is forcing them to play on artificial turf even though the players have fought against it since 2013

Decent possession and a few nice chances with no breakthrough. Lucky not to concede. Rapinoe had the best game once again .

Press is hot. Where did she come from i dont remember her. Brian was like 13 last world cup and needs to hit the weight room. She gets pushed off the ball too easily. Lloyd seems to be washed up. Whats up with morgan? Is wombach too old?

Its like rapinoe is our entire offense

The B4Country in me wants to say welcome to 2011 for the Sydney Leroux bandwagon, but I'm too spent from 4 years of beating off to her Instagram account to call you out .

We won the group of Death!

Unfortunately I couldn't watch any of the game yesterday. Saw where our most likely opponent in the knockout round is Colombia.

Leroux sucks, IMO. She has shitty touches in space, make more bad passes than Michael Bradley in the '14 Cup, and loses most of her 1v1 battles. I think she's gotten by on her speed alone. If Morgan was 100% we'd have had a few more goals in the group stage. Hope she can get healthier by the end of the Cup and give us more PT.

Ha...didn't know Morgan started the Nigeria game. Just saw the game right after the red card....which was right after Leroux came in. Oh well..still think she's massively overrated.

Yeah i was about to say...

The team looks way too timid overall in the group stage. Rapinoe seems to be the only on aggressively making chances. Abby is complaining about turf and morgan is hurt. I dont see anyway this team wins the cup

Perfect example was last night against a weak nigeria team. Up 1-0 and park the bus after the red card. That was an opportunity to assert yourself and go get a 2nd goal. That makes me think the team/coaching just doesnt have it in them the killer instinct

Colombia has been talking smack and predicting a win. Let's do this!

Also, Brazil was upset by the Aussies yesterday

Welp even if they can get this win don't like the odds next game as Rapinoe is the only player who even looks remotely creative this World Cup.

Going to be tough without Rapinoe. I thought that was a cheap yellow she got.

^4 London Bridge is showing them all. I went in there for the first couple of games and it was pretty rowdy. It's sauna hot in there though when they pack the place. I'd imagine Friday it will be very full and very hot.

^ yea LBP doesn't have great AC. Was there for most WC matches last year. Worth it though after scoring 2 min into the Ghana match. The beer shower cooled me off. Then the equalizer and John Brooks header happened and I was covered in beer and sweat.
