the pictures make it pretty clear that it's FSBO - what is up with the vignetting

#3 is an interesting attempt to be artistic i guess - take another picture if you are dead set on that angle being included but crop out the popcorn ceiling - makes the hallway seem very narrow

#4 why is there a random hose in the picture - if you can't be bothered to pick up a hose what else is lurking

#5 just delete this

#6 there's that hose again - just make this a close up of the shed with the doors open if it's showable inside

#7 you must just not know what buyers want to see - delete this

#8 pick up your damn shoes

#10 makes the kitchen seem very skinny - you really need that wall to be gone to open it up but oh well

His fisheye lense pictures made it look bigger than 1475 sq. feet. If I got there and it seemed smaller than I thought, I'd be disappointed.

^^ i agree, house doesn't seem bad for what it is, but the pics really make it seem like the seller is trying to "trick" people. Would give be a bad vibe if I were just scrolling through houses.

I would be all over this house if the sq. ft. were a littler higher though, seems like a great yard and location.

I was gonna say, this might be a little overpriced for the Classified section of TheWolfWeb. But then I looked at the description of the section, and you can sell your soul, so I guess a house isn't as big of an expenditure as your soul.
