Nice house. I have lived in Apex since I bought my house here in March of 2011. Over by Kildaire is a good area. I hope I am wrong but I think you may be wasting your time posting on this site. Pretty soon the know-it-alls will google a couple things and tell you why they are experts in Apex real estate and that your figures are too high. Again I hope I'm wrong. When I listed my first rental property up in Brier Creek I learned my lesson.

I'm a commercial real estate broker and I have lots of resi friends. That said, if I don't get what I want for it, I'll rent it, as I paid cash for it, so it will be nice cash flow whether I cash out quickly by year's end or lease it for a year and then sell it.
