It will be live on FS1 and have a limited number of live events on Fox. I'm excited to hear this. ESPN never showed it live on TV except for the US Nationals. It will be nice to get to watch it live on TV for once and not have to sit in front of the computer.

Now we just need someone to cover the Knoxville Nationals live like TNT and Speed Channel used to do. ESPN needs to bring back ESPN Speed World and cover a few random motor sports events live like they did with USAC Midgets a few times.

The TV Broadcasts start this weekend. They are showing a tape delay of qualifying tonight. Sunday they are showing live finals on FS1.

^Yeah, she isn't bad looking. The real hottie imho though is the feature/multimedia reporter Amanda, who is an NC State grad. I wish she got a few more minutes of TV time during every broadcast.

The new TV package has resulted in a ratings increase. I'm not shocked though. Fox is showing 16 events live on TV. ESPN only showed one (US Nationals). The rest were tape delayed events that aired at about 9 pm on ESPN2 on Sunday nights.

Fox is really taking over motor sports. They also have the rights to the Weather Tech Sports Car Championship and are going to show those events live on the Fox family of networks.

Clay Millican won his first NHRA race ever on Fathers Day in his home state of Tennessee. His son Dalton who was a Monster Jam driver died in a motorcycle wreck almost 2 years ago. The timing couldn't have been any better.
