Any TWWers wanna rent out my apartment in downtown Oakland for the Superbowl to watch your beloved Panthers destroy the gimpy Broncos? It's a 12 minute BART ride to DTSF, and I'm about an 8 minute walk to the nearest BART station. Sure, San Jose is easily an hour away, and you'll need to rent a car, and traffic is going to be an absolute fucking nightmare (it'll probably take you 3+ hours to get there), but my place is pretty sweet. I don't have cable, but you can use my friend's ESPN login and my Roku to stream a bunch of stuff. The weather is probably going to be absolute crap (El Niño has arrived) and if you decide to eat out in SF, you can expect to pay $8 for a beer and $4 for toast, but hey, it's San Francisco!

I was going to charge 2k a night since people are idiots, but I can give you the Tdub discount.

You must have a baller pad. I was there for Dreamforce which probably drew similar numbers, and I saw lots of options for wayyyyyy less than 2k/night, especially in Oakland.
