Looking for people interested in taking over my current lease (ends 7/31) in a 2BR/2BA apartment in The U Raleigh complex. Conveniently located at the intersection of Lineberry & Trailwood, very short commute to Centennial & Main campus. Wolf Line & GoRaleigh bus stops w/in walking distance.

I rent 1BR & 1BA, leases are individual. I have no roommate. Full-size W&D, galley kitchen w/ full-size appliances. Ceiling fans in both BR. **ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT**: Power, sewer, water, trash, high-speed wireless internet (NOT TWC or AT&T), and cable (TWC). Permit parking. Rent can be paid online. Carpets. Porch with storage closet.

Apartment does *not* come furnished.

Rent is $530/mo, + $20/mo pet rent per pet, max of 2 pets.

I'm actually a bit sad to leave, only because the ISP is really the bee's knees. It's a company called Innflux, and their tech service is *fantastic*. Every time I have called, which is rarely, the person on the other end is usually able to fix the problem in minutes. On the even rarer occasion when the problem can't be fixed in minutes, it usually only takes a few hours to correct, and then they call to ensure the problem is fixed.
