Hi all,

I am moving out of my townhouse and would like to find somebody to take over the lease. This is not a super high end town house with granite counter tops and a community pool, but it is a comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood. I have lived here for the past three years and have never had any problems. The landlord is a good guy and has always been reasonable to work with.

My lease runs through July, and the lease is open after that.
