Well remember in b vs s, Bruce Wayne was already old and had been batman for a while. This movie comes after that movie, so he is even older. That's probably why they threw in that line about being batman when it is useful.

Honestly, I feel like I just watched a scene from the Mortal Kombat YouTube series by Kevin Tancharoen. It just came off as a very ballsy, albeit low budget practical effects design.

I can't get over how bad Cyborg looks.

I guess they've got between now and whenever to tighten up the graphics on level 3 but they are currently deep in the uncanny valley.

Cyborg is uncanny valley material and I don't like the way the Flash's suit looks armored. That being said, I think the trailer looked decent but this movie is still going to blow ass.

I thought the Aquaman/batmobile thing was cool but all he did was use it to jump attack a few random foot soldiers, I thought they were going to do something cool with that.

It's been theorized that DCEU is using blue to differentiate is from the Arrowverse since a large swath of the movie-going population will not understand that this Flash is different from the TV Flash.

Damn, pretty crazy news, so apparently Zach Synder's daughter killed herself back in March, and they never made it public until now and the reason they are going public now is because he is not leaving his family to go back to London and do reshoots for the film, and Joss Whedon is taking over directing duties.

I will be curious to find out (if they ever let us know) which parts Joss directed/changed. The bulk of the movie was already filmed, he is taking over reshoots (which can be substantial sometimes)

Their styles are so drastically different that I can't honestly see how this is going to mix together well. The costumes and set pieces are going to immediately tell you who is at the helm.

I know Trank had issues with the studio, and they recut the film, but I never heard, nor can I find any evidence that they switch directors.

they did, no direct evidence but it is confirmed by credible sources. Since Trank was in line to do a Star Wars film, and the guys that took over were also involved in Star Wars, they kept it hush so as not to tarnish the new franchise.

So this thing comes out this weekend, is anyone even remotely excited about it? I am interested, and want to check it out, but I can’t say I’m excited about it at all. Curious if it will even be able to beat week 3 of Ragnarok at the box office.

Also they have given in to the Marvel formula and there will be 2 credit scenes, a mid and post. I have a feeling one of them will be the exact same thing as the first credit scene in Avengers, but with Darkseid instead of Thanos

Well, the trailer in Ragnorok, and maybe its one that has already been released, didn't really do a lot for me. At least it said something about Superman missing. But I didn't get an understanding of who the bad guy is here. Or bad guys. Seemed like aliens.

Superhero fatigue is setting in for me.

I mean earlier this year it was Spiderman (great) then it was Wonderwoman (great) then it was Thor (great) now Justice League (maybe good?) then Black Panther (probably great based on trailers) then what? Another Ant Man? Then the Avengers latest CGI-fest with Thanos?
