I'm a fan, she has my vote, but where in the fuck is her campaign? I've not seen a single add or campaign event in these parts, I've seen her features in a single headline in the N&O. Maybe I'm not plugged in, but neither is the average voter that uses name recognition for 90% of down ballot races.

Where issss shhhheeeeeeeeeee?

Oh.

Carry on then.

But seriously, Richard Burr is garbage and the obstruction from senate republicans is a travesty. Vote for Deb

[Edited on September 9, 2016 at 8:46 AM. Reason : I just don't understand how this race barely makes the N&O. Why isn't she calling Burr out?]

I received a call the other night for a survey, and before the caller really got started I could tell it was political, so I figured wth, I'll bite.

After about 25 minutes of questions, it was painfully obvious that this poll, survey, whatever, was being funded by either Barefoot's campaign or someone for him. After that call, and even before it, I'm def. not a fan, but I haven't heard of any opposition to him.

I realize you guys are talking about a much bigger pond, but it makes me think - besides the general, I haven't really heard or seen much other political advertising on tv, radio, and even the garbage at the intersections seems to have been kept to a minimum this time around. Seems like 2012 was much worse.

^^ahaha. You right.

^is it just a little too early for advertising? Or maybe my media habits have changed that much? But yea, I'd agree. Way less in your face advertising thus far.

I thought that Deborah Ross seemed fairly weak during the primary debate that I watched; I feel like Richard Burr would benefit from a debate between the two.

Does Ross not have any campaign money? I've seen like a million commercials for Burr but I've only seen her terrible commercial 3 or 4 times

She was on KC this morning, and didn't say a damned thing to promote herself or anyone else. Just talked about great it was to go vote.
