I think Misty will be in a few episodes. This new trailer looks pretty cool, but if you look at my OP for this thread, I liked the season 1 trailer as well, and that didn’t turn out great. But I am hopeful, looks like much more glowing Fist action and much less corporate politics than season one, which is a good sign.

I finished it, and I don't know if it's just low expectations set by the first season but I thought this was pretty great. Some non-spoiler reactions:

1) only 10 episodes instead of the 12-13 the other series have had. There were no unneeded fillers, every scene contributed to the story.

2) Danny is much more likable this time. I was also drawn in with what they did with Ward as a character, and it felt like every character had real goals and motivation. Writing was overall much much better, I think better than JJ and LC's 2nd seasons.

3) LOTS of screen time for Misty Knight! Though unfortunately no Claire/Night Nurse, she gets a shout out but I think this is the first season of any of the Defender series where she makes no physical appearance.

I finished it last night, and it is SO GOOD. I just about jumped to my feet and cheered at the end. I really hope they make another season.

I must have forgotten. She was pretty limited in LC2 given that she's the main love interest there. I wonder if she had a big time conflict this year and couldn't film all these shows anymore?

Turk makes an appearance in IF2, I always like seeing him.

It's a teaser for his continuing adventures next season. It's meant to whet your appetite, to make you want to learn what happened. It's not something that you should expect to have been made plain through the narrative of the season you just watched. They should've put a "next season on Iron First" title card or something before flashing forward to Ward & Danny in the bar.
