There are people here seriously advocating for our spying agencies to spy on our own people.
That's crazy.

Who's advocating for that, exactly?
My understanding is that the intelligence community has been spying on the Russians and that President Trump's associates were either too stupid to realize that or too brazen to care.

Maybe I wasn't clear. I said the IC may be in counter Intel operations right now. Part of that could be selectively leaking info or building a narrative to discredit targets. It's obviously an extremely dangerous place for a country to be when the military/intelligence is manipulating the populace. I'm no fan of it which is why they should stop playing games and release whatever info they have as soon as they think they have enough info to prosecute.
Normally we'd have congress to slowly divulge info to is in a somewhat fair way, but the GOP is choosing party over country. 7/18/2017 1:09:51 PM |
