Another hyped up plan only to be let down per usual. I can't imagine there is much in there that is actually relevant anymore. If you can't release this stuff then why am I watching a story on 60 minutes the other night fully describing how undercover agents infiltrate terror cells and then acting like the guy you had on there would be going back into the field at some point... you guys put his face on national TV that guys days being undercover are over. There are so many more things put on tv today that truly hurt our national security than some files on JFK from the 60's.

maybe the CIA wants everything redacted because it shows they weren't involved while the KGB was. Take away the rumors of the JFK assassination from them, and all they have left is a bunch of drugs/gun running, several failed assassination plots, and a bunch of MKUltra failures. The CIA would look no different than a middling drug cartel, while the KGB is out there masterminding US politics.

Oh shit was that guy really in makeup and voice modulator? If so that was pretty impressive. I tuned in after they had already started the interview that maybe protects him but still the details behind what went on shouldn't be something that is broadcast on tv regardless.
