My neighbors only job is driving for Uber. Uber provides the app, but they don't consider themselves Uber employees. They could just as easily drive for Lyft if they wanted to as they are their own bosses. And that is a far more direct workplace situation than I upload videos and maybe if I'm super popular get a few shekels. I have videos on Youtube of my kids school band performances. I haven't received a check from Youtube, but even if I did, $5 ain't going to make me an "employee". At best I am a contractor.

Four firearms were also removed from him. His father was present at the time and possessed a valid FOID card. As the father had the legal right to possess the weapons, he was allowed to take possession of the firearms. The father agreed to keep the weapons secure and out of the possession of Travis.
