Al Freeman will probably have huge games and win us a few games...but he’s also gonna shoot us out of a few games too. He doesn’t play very smart.

a freeman is a volume scoring garbage bucket player. this was apparent in game 1

this teams problem is we have very few efficient players. l freeman is the only one. everyone else that has potential to be one either lacks talent (hunt) or experience

They put the stat up on the screen showing how we're getting creamed from beyond the arc, then we had a 3-point attempt blocked and it turned into a And-1 3 point play on the other end. Oy.

You said we had atrocious talent...which even you walked that back. Nobody thinks we have great talent and this isn’t a particularly good team. Expectations were low for this season but an upset win caused some overreaction in terms of shifting hope/expectations

I know it's ugly, but I actually like that we keep taking 3s even though we can't shoot them. Keatts' offense at UNCW last year was a juggernaut because they didnt turn the ball over and took a lot of threes. It's encouraging that he's at least trying to stick to that, because it's a winning formula.

My only worry is how long it's going to take until we start making those 3s. This team is an outlier in how terrible it is at shooting but I don't see many knockdown shooters amongst his recruits. Hopefully Bryce and Daniels are spending half their practice time this year on shooting

Freeman 3-14 today with 5 to's. Abu looked really bad in limited minutes too. Maybe he should have come back after this tourney

The backbreaker was losing to UNI. This was always too big an ask.

Markell is a problem. We need him on the floor because he's probably our most talented player but the wild jumps into the air with no plan just murder us. It's not a coincidence he was hurt down the stretch of the only game we won this week.

we have a lot of good players but no great defender and no great scorer. we are like the spurs without leonard. we cant score.

dorn shoot long 2s which is the worst shot in the game. no arch.

yurt plays hard and well but cant finish as well as he should. hes probably our best player on offense once you factor in oreb. plays slow on d

markell cant do anything well but has the potential to be a good sr when he figures out how to play. hes athletic and raw.

l freeman is good but not a scorer.

al freeman doesnt want to force the issue but the cpaches have told him he has to or they will bench him because no one else on this team can create offense.

beverly would be an all american if he wasnt short and slow. hes got all the heart and iq. will probably be pur best player by march

abu has too much gott in him. shoots long 2s but has the talent to to dominate everyone in the paint. plays dumb on defense too.

Abu was a human turnover today, some inexcusable passes. Our offense is dreadful but somehow we hung in the game. Can't believe I am saying this but give Yurtseven and Nard more touches, less bad three point shooting please.

I didn't get to see this game but Al Freeman 4-18 and played 38 minutes? Yuck. Meanwhile Nard, Yurt, Abu not getting touches as ^ alluded to. Better shape up, last name opponent is Wednesday at home.
