Can you post your favorite cobbler recipe? I’m looking for a new one

Anyone else have a good one that works too

Here is the recipe I like the most:

Ingredients:

¼ pound (1 stick) butter
1 cup flour
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp/ salt
1 cup whole milk
1 ½ cups blueberries (or the fruit of your choice, I use peaches)

Optional Ingredients (see bottom):

Cinnamon (optional)
Honey (optional)
Honey liqueur (optional and best)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in an oblong or rectangular baking dish (like a casserole dish). Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add milk to dry ingredients and make only a few stirs to incorporate milk. Batter may have some lumps, that’s okay. Stir in berries. Pour batter into baking dish directly on top of melted butter. Place in oven for 20-25 min. Check it at 15 min or so because cooking time will vary depending on oven and shape/size of baking dish. Let rest 15 min. then spoon out to serve. You can vary the amount of fruit a bit to taste, but too much fruit could cause raw batter spots.

Options:

1. Sprinkle with cinnamon before putting in oven.
2. Use only ½ cup of sugar. Heat 1/3 cup honey in microwave. When cobbler comes out of oven, pierce all over with a thin sharp knife, then drizzle honey over top of hot cake.
3. same as #2 above, but use honey liqueur instead of honey.
