Holy crap this game is hard.

And it seems kind of repetitive. But hell I can't even get past Yharnam.

The atmosphere of this game is incredible though. It's like it is the Castlevania game I always wanted but never got, without the vampires and whips of course.

As a dark souls / demon souls vet I found this game easier than that series, but it does have amazing atmosphere

And why are there so many breakable objects that yield absolutely nothing?

I never played the other "Souls" game, so this type of gameplay is kinda new to me. It seems like a weird game in general.

Yes. She didn't give me that much of a hard time. I'm now in the forbidden wood and have nearly thrown my controller against the wall several times. The Shadow of Yharnam...they suck.

^ That's about where I stalled. Something else came out about that time and it took my attention away, but that being said I'd definitely come back to this game. I dig Souls-y games in general.

I must say that Castle Cainhurst is probably one of the coolest places I've ever been in a video game. The attention to detail in this world is amazing.

The story is all kinds of messed up, but the game is great.

I did however just beat the cleric beast, after killing the same mob about 20 times over to level up and summoning Father

Bloodborne is my favorite Fromsoft game. Just hate that it’s 30 FPS locked even on PS4 Pro.

"chalice dungeons are good for farming" says reddit, meanwhile I get absolutely destroyed. Dungeons are a waste of time

Other than that my biggest problem is knowing what to do next with the side areas.

At unseen village, trying to decide to move ahead or do cainhurst or nightmare
