Pay probably over 100 dollars to see someone who may or may not sit down the entire concert? No thanks.

The guy is a legend but I'd like to remember him as he was in his heyday.

wat

other than this not being a thing, a Beatle sitting down is still a Beatle.

It's kinda like seeing someone in a casket at a wake. You know you have all these memories of this person alive, but damn it's hard to get that final image out of your head.

Kinda like that here for me I guess.

Besides ^ would argue with me if I said the sun was hot.

have you not seen any videos of him performing the last couple of years?

so you’re one of the handful of people to not watch that Carpool Karaoke video?

Oh no I saw it. And he just looked so old. I prefer the Srgt Pepper Paul, personally.

I’m sure he’d apologize to you for not being 25 anymore

He should. All these aholes are getting old and they shouldn't. Stephen Tyler, Mick Jagger, Bob Seger. i could go on and on. Of course none of those guys are Paul McCartney, but still.

the Stones still put on a really good show

maybe you should experience a performance before complaining about them being too old

I will say this - I saw the Moody Blues years ago, and they, even at their age, put on a wonderful show.

I saw him in 2013 (I think) at Nationals Park. He played for about three hours with no break and the only time he sat down was while he was playing the piano for a few numbers.

Hard pass. The London Olympics was enough. (I don't deny his talent, at all, I just don't really care for the vast majority of his solo stuff, or a lot of Wings). Say Say Say is an exception.

Saw him play a 3 hour set in Chicago at Lollapalooza in 2015 and he was amazing. Will see again.
