i REALLY want to listen to gary hahn instead of the shitty espn guys. need to be able to delay at least 75 seconds. i have an andriod phone with FM tuner. also have a windows 10 desktop and old stereo receiver with FM tuner.

^thanks but i should have searched more before posting. i got software that lets me delay phone fm plugged into pc by up to 180 seconds. using bluetooth speaker for pc.
