So I’m a newbie to iOS development. I’ve gone through tutorials online and done some basic apps and have what I would call a beginner knowledge of Swift now.
I’m looking to make essentially an interval timer app for Apple Watch. I have it roughly developed and it works when I load it on my watch except that the timer stops counting down when the watch goes to sleep (because it suspends my app). From research online it looks like I need to wrap it up as a HealthKit app so that I can start a workout and then I’ll get background processing entitled to my app. I’ve got the basics of the HealthKit side but am struggling to get everything working together. I’m not sure if there’s anyone who would be willing to work with me / share pseudo or real code. If someone is willing I could send you some beer money. 6/8/2019 12:00:47 PM |

Who's familiar with microservices? It seems like a must-have skill for software engineer now. 7/9/2019 2:42:11 PM |

Released on the App Store this evening! It’s definitely a niche app but fills a need.
