Anyone here baking their own bread? I picked up the Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast book and will begin this adventure soon.

If you have a dutch oven start out with a no-knead artisan bread. Basically un-fuck-up-able, and versatile enough to where you can add spices, herbs, etc to your taste.

+1 for the no-knead bread. it's outstanding and I actually enjoy it more than Boulted Bread's ciabatta.
