With the USPS hurting financially these days, hear me out. They should lease out a small area of each post office (unused broom closet, break room, etc.) to a tattoo artist doing tramp stamps. Ask Jeeves says there are 31,246 post offices in the USA. If you charge the tattoo artists just $500/month rent at each post office, that’s an extra $187,482,000 per year for the USPS. They could also negotiate a % of tramp stamp sales so that could add even more money.
