The lecture he gave when I was in school didn't come true. Maybe he couldn't deal with his prophecies not being realized. Seems more like some of his nightmares came true. Mine too, but I don't want to die over it.

Had no idea he was an NCSU professor

I remember citing him for a paper in high school and my teacher took a point off because she thought “Brain” was a misspelling. I never fought it but I knew she was wrong
