If it hits it would have the force of a nuclear bomb going off. The earth is mostly ocean so hitting a populated area is low

I feel like this is a threshold where they should consider trying to blow it up or use a gravitational tractor. It will be up to the trump admin to get the ball rolling on any planning for this though
