perhaps it would be possible to create a tool where people can rate the apartment complexes where they live...or dorms, whatever the case.
i saw a thread about dorms, but a housing tool in general would be great.

ratings of many different things have been suggested. rather than create a separate subapplication for each one, I was thinking a general NC State directory would be better. resturants, apartments, bookstores, etc would be listed. each could have custom fields (ex: address, type of cuisine, landlord, etc) to describe it and custom fields for the ratings.
