seriously, i think if you follow our link to paypal, it automatically sets it up with minimal effort on your part. definetly easier than doing anything with snail mail!

A PayPal account is easy to set up, and if you check your balances online at least once a week you can be "confirmed" with minimal effort. You never know when things like a PayPal account can come in handy.

Pay Pal is useful --- especially when your roommate runs out of paper checks & rent is due the 1st of the month & you're stuck writing checks for 'em. A PayPal transfer generally hits the bank account before the property managers can take checks to the bank & have the Federal Reserve send them to your own bank.

Im voting no because of how the site is run. I think many of the policies implemented are discrimanatory and untill there is equality, I wont pay
