course :MEA 443
course rating :4 - Awesome
course comments :I really enjoyed the material in here since it finally put together thermo and dynamics, and every other MEA course and applied it to forecasting. The weather briefings can also be pretty fun if you're creative.
class :Fall 2004 section 001
grade received :B-
class rating :4 - Awesome
class comments :Even though my grade is subpar to what I would've liked it to be, I feel like I have gotten the most out of this class than any other meteorology course. Of course, that is to be expected since this class puts together the ideas set forth in previous ones. For your own benefit, go to class. Grades were made up of Labs/HW, 3 tests, paper, final, weather briefings.
instructor :Lackmann
instructor rating :4 - Awesome
instructor comments :I can't fault him for the grade I got. Assignments were not always graded on time, but usually you got extensive grading. He is helpful outside of class and will help you career-wise. Uses powerpoint a lot, but gives out note sheets so you can fill in the blanks and follow along with the lecture.
