Supposedly he had
- a bruise/cut on the front of his head
- a bruise/cut on the back of his head
- a wet back

Wait. Was he pinned down on the grass or the pavement? Sure, he could have been on the grass with his head on the paved walkway, but that doesn't sound very likely.

This is why he should have been taken in - so they could at least document his cuts and scrapes which are almost certainly not helpful anymore after a month (since they were minor).

I also want to say that being in-between the homes is pretty consistent with the girlfriend's story. If I'm walk-running away from a car following me in a gated community, then I start running on the urging of my girlfriend, where the fuck am I going to run? That's right - a pedestrian walkway.

There's also the matter of the cell phones. Where were the cell phones found when the police arrived? If Zimmerman's cell phone was placed nicely in his pocket, that would be damming. However, we'll probably never know because it was corrupt cops who arrived. If Trayvon didn't jump Zimmerman at that exact moment, why the fuck did Zimmerman hang up the phone? I think we all a good guess.

Zimmerman called the police before he started chasing. How long did it take them to get there? It probably wasn't any more than 15 minutes. When did he get out of the car and when did the neighbors start calling 911? The main thing that the investigation will be concerned about is the later half of the 15 minutes. We're pretty sure there was a verbal exchange before a fight started.

Does anyone really believe the stories that someone was "jumped"? I don't think that makes sense. Again, a witness heard "what are you doing here?" You can doubt her credibility, but that part doesn't contradict John's story (or anyone's) because her information is about a time that no one else was witness to.

This is an excuse to not collect evidence?

Witnesses went to the media not just because of the cops on the scene being aloof, but that the department wouldn't give them the time of day. That's absurd and enraging.

If his injuries backed his story, then why did he have a wet back and was bleeding on the back of his head? Was he down on the grass or the pavement? How did he get from the street to the middle of the block if he was checking the street sign? Why was he checking the street sign if he's near his own house and is the fucking neighborhood watchman?

But let's ignore that, let's say that his story was completely consistent and every witness (which there were many of) backed it. They should have documented his wounds and checked his cell phone. I'm just baffled at this world where people are shot and an investigation is not necessary.
