ive had this problem on a number of computers..

vista
xp
even my windows media on my smart phone (with wifi enabled)

it just seems like it takes forever to log in, and i have to click it a few times then it registers.

where's the beef?

I have the same issue.

The first time I come to TWW in a new browser window, it takes at least 30 seconds to load the page.

Every time after that, as long as I don't log out or close the window, no problems.

i see what you're saying.. i have my internet history/cookies and stuff deleted when i close firefox. but i just tried logging out and back in with the window still open and it takes long, i just start to click login multiple times

This happens on all of my computers, doesn't matter where I am. It even happens on campus machines.

firefox, IE and chrome.

no offense baonest cause u are my persian nigga...but seriously...this has got to be something with yalls connection...cause i had shitty connection for the longest time, and this took no longer than 3 seconds...i had "airimba" from kensington park...yes stalkers i live at kensington park...and i had "airimba" and the shit didnt take NEARLY 30 seconds...unless 30 seconds = 3 seconds

i have the same problem on my work computer, at home on my laptop or desktop, and out of town at anyone's house ive ever been using internet at. Once I get into the site im USUALLY fine (though it hangs about 30% of the time when I actually try and post a reply) but connecting to the site initially it hangs for 15+ seconds about half the time.

I have adblock (Firefox) at home with a cable service similar to roadrunner and it doesn't hang for me.

At work I can only use IE, ads and all, with some shitty slow dsl connection and still don't have this problem.
