Easiest way from RTP:
Take Miami Blvd. heading towards Morrisville. Sam's Club is just past Quintiles on the left.

From Raleigh you'd want to take 40 to 540 towards RTP and take the Highway 54 exit. Not sure the correct interchanges without driving it first, but it's on 54 just west of 540.
