based on the revised timeline the cops and armed guards were in the hallway during pretty much the entire shooting. they waited until the shooting was over and then waited like 30 more minutes before doing a single goddamn thing because BLUE LIVES MATTER

Ultraspank and Synapse, I said the home that is being guarded by law enforcement officials because on Oct. 2nd Mesquite PD Officer Quinn Averett said they'd created a perimeter around the home, and were securing it, keeping it safe, along with other agencies in a USA Today video. Then in the article from USA today on Monday they said "In a Monday news conference, Lombardo confirmed that FBI and behavioral analysis agents were revisiting Paddock’s properties including his Reno home." "They are also present and maybe we can discern additional evidence as a result of that revisit.”

One would have to assume that after securing the home on Oct 2nd they would keep it secured until they are done collecting evidence, which they obviously were not done with. I guess the word I should have used was the law enforcement officials had "secured" the property. I'll grant you that my sentence could have been misconstrued to sound like there were sentry guards. If it's secured by law enforcement and still being used as part of the investigation there should've been no possible way for an intruder to walk in the front door.

There's absolutely nothing wrong about what I said. What's wrong is what took away. Maybe if you read any additional information from other sources you would understand law enforcement's role with the property.

It was neither "secured" nor "guarded" on the 8th when it was broken into as you assumed, then asserted.

Guess they don't have any surveillance on the security guard being shot. If they did it seems like they'd have a pretty confident timeline on that front. I realize most hotel hallways don't have surveillance, but they said the shooter had surveillance set up in the hallway, but maybe he wasn't recording it.

Girl who survived the shooting unscathed, and then posted online about multiple gunmen and questioned the information being dessimenated, found dead. Apparently died in her sleep from existing medical conditions.

Some people will believe what authorities say no matter what but this one has been fishy as hell since the start and if nothing was up, they would have originally reported how people died, how many people died, when they were shot, and how they responded the first week after the shooting. After this much time, they almost have to be hiding something big to have given us incomplete or false information on every aspect of the shooting and its aftermath.
