Well the servers go down for maintenence every Tuesday regardless of a patch as they have for a good 5 months now, so it really shouldn't be a suprise.

While at 1v1 you are right for the most part, but in group pvp it's different. I get my first from stealth attack for free generally and then sometimes I can just stand around for a couple of seconds and restealth, if not I just run around backstabbing whoever is in close range (crit rate of 60% crits of 800-1100). I love getting feared. I don't hardly ever use WotF unless I'm directly under fire from a caster, I just let myself run and people ignore me, as soon as the fear is over I'm out of combat so I get a free restealth to come and ambush someone else. That may not sound so great but it happens at least 10 times per battleground.

The only classes I'm not very effective at killing in battlegrounds are warriors and paladins. Everyone else is fucked. The only time I go for warriors and paladins are when I'm not the only one attacking them.

My 40 troll priest is actually my second main character. I already have a 60 mage on stormscale, but I got bored and wanted to play with some friends on Gorefiend. I like dueling with my priest, unless I'm going up against a undead warrior who has like 3 seperate anti-fears, ftl.

got my 4th devout piece, however I'm getting some good raid pts. with my guild in MC now, so I should be able to roll on some loot there this weekend, if any priest gear drops that is.

I was kinda depressed when I had to get honored w/waterlords, till I found out that each MC kill is 20 pts, and bosses are something like 200. We got all the way to sulfuron last week and I ended up 1K into friendly.

Guilds main MC raid grp has rag. on a regular farming basis though.

the first three baron runs my hunter alt has done have resulted in absolutely no hunter drops, but a couple seals of rivendare and the devout sandals.
In contrast, I don't think my priest ever went there without seeing either the BSH or the carapace xbow drop. And certainly no rivendare rings and one devout sandal drop in about 15 tries.

Well I've run UBRS at least 50 times and my rogue has never received anything from it. First time on my warrior got the Sacred Charge and a Valor piece. And the one time I ran my girlfriend's preist through I got a ring and two pieces of Devout. UBRS hates my rogue...

this end game raid shit seems stupid....running UBRS 50 times so you can get tier zero blues?

wtf? your reward is some nice gear? i can buy better gear at the AH then the wildheart set. fuck raiding. once im lvl 60, ive won and its over. ill go gank as many people as possible, then im done.

I dinged 60 Monday, and I've been screwing around with the new guild I joined with a bunch of you. (w00t Genesis). UBRS got run eariler, and that was hella fun. I got in a ZG group last night, and killed the bat priestest and snake priest guy. Absolutely no loot for me tho... I think I liked UBRS better.

for me as a warrior my set pieces are across like 4 or so different dungeons (tier 0) so im hopin thatll help a little. Besides ill make some money off the runs.

Well youre the perfectlevel since i know youre not far behind me. for one if youre not heavily using both professions, pick up enchanting just for disenchanting. I DE every green weapon or armor piece that drops in the world. as well as all my soulbound blues and greens when im done with them. (DE 3 blues that i won in BRD that no one needed and got 24g from them this past weekend)

seconldy, farm the crap out of the spitelashes in azshara.(specifically the green casters..they go down fast) thats basically what ive done to level from about 54-58. i grind through my rest xp there. and then do some questing or dungeons when im out of rest xp. they are huminoids so they drop money each kill, as well as these clams. open the clams and they will always have zesty clam mean inside.

10 clam meats sell for about 20s on my silver. which adds up over time. these clams also have a chance to drop pearls. the golden pearl (which ive gotten 4 of in the past week) is fairly rare. But ive farmed them long enough to get a few. ive sold them from 9g-20g depending on the market. black, iridescent, and small lustrous pearls also drop that can sell for anywhere from 30s-2g on my server.

also, auction house EVERYTHING you can.

hope that helps. i had 185g at one point within the past week i think so its really working

if you are at lvl 58, you could farm the crap out of twilight avengers, geolords and whatnot in silithus.

good exp for grinding, silver on every drop, runecloth which can be sold or made into bandages, they also drop cultist set pieces quite regularly.

three pieces of the cultist set are worn and used to summon an elemental that drops a crest and possibly some greens. three crests can then be made into an amulet that will be used to summon a duke. dukes drop very nice items that can sell for a couple hundred gold

if you dont want to go through all that, the individual cultist items sell for about 2g each on my server, and in about an hour or 20 i had 20 something pieces of cultist-wear

either way it can be profitable in silithus.

one is directly west of the cenarian hold
one is a little bit further west of cenarian hold
and one is at the very southwest of the map by the scarab wall

i just went and tried them. warriors endgame farming is gonna suck. i could barely kill the 60s most the time IF i could kill them (died at least 50% of the time). the 59s got me to about 25% health each time i killed them causing major downtime. as well as getting ganked by multiple 60 alliance every 2 or 3 mins :-/

appreciate the help tho. i guess somethings are just not meant to be grinded by warriors maybe ill go back out there with my roommate's priest later or something

^^ i dono. im 58 they were mainly 60s. they were hitting hard too. i have no problems with the 56-59ish creatures in winterspring (a bit of downtime compared to mid 50s in azshara etc but not too bad)

but these things were hitting me for like 700+ and stuff. im fairly well geared and around 4400 hp. but these things were hitting hard
