The 1.5 sucks. at the very least get a 1.6. If it were me, I would do a 1.9 ALH, but a lot of people use the 1Z/AHU for swaps into mk1s.

The price of caddys, especially diesels, is ridiculous lately. Even rusted out shitboxes are selling for a few grand.

TL;DR - custom 'cummins' engine makes 3200hp at 5000rpm on the dyno. Single turbo, with nitrous. First aftermarket development of a diesel engine monitoring individual cylinder pressures for tuning.
