I have Forza and Ghosts. Thinking of getting BF4, even though I have it on PC and barely played it. Then again, I barely play PC period anymore. Can't even look at office chairs/computers after work. Besides that, also waiting for Titanfall.

tempted to buy an XB1... seems like there's a high-ish rate of failure bt the blu ray drive and other things.. think i'm safe at this point? debating whether i want to wait for titanfall and hope kinks in manufacturing have been worked out

history: i had 3(?) white 360s die, and a black slim 360 with a drive that's just plain awful sounding at times

I tried to get up with mildew for BF4 last night but have no clue how to get in a game together.

I had one RROD on my original 360 after a few years of playing it. I bought the the slim while the RROD was being refurbished. Sold the refurbished original but still using the same slim.

I say get it. The voice commands and tv integration alone is almost worth it to me. Titanfall is only 9 weeks away anyways. It would suck if you got a dud xbone at Titanfall launch and had to miss out on playing while the xbone got replaced.

^^^^Games-wise it's probably not worth getting right now but if you plan on using the voice commands at all it's definitely worth it. I find them the voice commands to be really useful (IE I started a party, turned on party chat and invited two people with voice commands today while I looked around trying to find my controller).

I did enjoy partying up with budlight2256's Battlefield 4 crew the other day, although I was Christmas noobing it up all over the place. It appears that the way to get into a game with your friends is for one person to join a server and the rest of the friends/party to join the server afterwards. Playing that game is very fun with a group but no fun at all to me without a group with mics on.

I have tried to add everyone to the list and sorted it by gamertag. Let me know if I messed anything up.

no multiplayer game should be without a lobby/party feature... honestly. halo 2 did it over a decade ago. one of my biggest pet peeves about gta 5.

^ Agreed. To clarify there is a BF4 setting that pops up a window when a party member joins server allowing you to click a button to follow them into the server. Each person enters the server queue individually. There is no guarantee that you will be on the same team, if the lobby is not full you can switch teams and or squads from the in game menu.

definitely too much hassle. it was probably the -only- thing i didn't like about Team Fortress 2 on PC.

you should be able to create a game party that persists so that you can join, play on the same team during, and leave games as a group. include an option to allow breaking up the group to different teams even (so a group of 6-8 people doesn't have to wait to find a game with enough slots on a single team if they don't want to), but retain that group between/after games.

I've never been a big fan of Elder Scrolls in general. The FPS model doesn't do it for me in fantasy games. Maybe I'll have to try to pick up Skyrim and give it another shot though.

I will say I'm fucking pumped for Destiny though.

Since there are no gaming headsets out for this yet, I am using a broken pair of headphones plugged directly into my surround sound system at night. Fucking Dice/EA. Work finally settled down and have some time to play. Open BF4 to replay last level for extra MP unlock and campaign was lost

Tried some multiplayer, but it's a lot less fun lone wolfing than on PC.

So now NBA2k crashes to the game dashboard without saving constantly in my player and mygm mode.

Considering those game modes are pretty much all I play, NBA2k is now totally worthless to me until they fix it. This is the worst bug I've ever seen on a console.
